Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for order fulfillment during high-demand periods.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 USD.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.


Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn and unwashed items.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, please contact rachelsraveday@gmail.com with your order number.

Return Process:

  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible).
  • Ship your return to the return address - this will be given via e-mail after return is approved.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
